I absolutely love Vida Pharmacy. Nick the pharmacist is excellent in all he does. He is friendly knowledgeable and helpful in more ways than one. All I had to do was transfer my medication and Nick takes care of the rest. I have absolute no worries with my medication. When it’s time for refills he calls me to let me know when to expect my delivery. And I can’t mention delivery without acknowledging Roy the delivery driver. Omg he is the kindest and reliable. I recently started filling my medication at this pharmacy and initially had a great experience thanks to Nick. He was very welcoming, communicative, and demonstrated excellent customer service. He made the process smooth and comfortable, which is why I decided to continue using this location. Unfortunately, my experience today was very different. Vida pharmacy is excellent. Their customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers needs are met. Everyone who works there is friendly, competent and community oriented. Easily the best pharmacy in Charlotte.
Highly recommend! Nik and Roy are great. Customer service is top notch! Way better than chain pharmacies
