I recently had the pleasure of getting a customized prescription from VIDA pharmacy. Nik was very helpful with going over personalized measurements of my new prescription. He went over each concern I had and was very reassuring! Every time I have a new question or concern, he provides excellent customer service. It is refreshing to have a great experience especially when it comes to dealing with health needs.
The VIDA pharmacists and their entire staff are the BEST in Charlotte! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They have been wonderful about getting my medications filled quickly and they let me know asap if there are issues with my health insurance or delay in getting my prescriptions.
I absolutely love Vida Pharmacy. Nick the pharmacist is excellent in all he does. He is friendly knowledgeable and helpful in more ways than one. All I had to do was transfer my medication and Nick takes care of the rest. I have absolute no worries with my medication. When it’s time for refills he calls me to let me know when to expect my delivery. And I can’t mention delivery without acknowledging Roy the delivery driver. Omg he is the kindest and reliable.
