I was very pleasantly greeted and taken care of in a very short wait time. I came to see Dr. Tucci because my previous neurologist did not explain the exact reasons why she was not interested in a surgical answer for my problem. Dr. Tucci explained in detail, why I am not a good surgical candidate as a solution to my problem. He made me feel I was his patient, not a number, and was receptive to all my questions. I was supposed to have an appointment today to see them but I was canceled at the last second and to make matters worse they did not reschedule my appointment and I was left in limbo with no assurance that they will take my case I've been in constant pain since December and this appointment was scheduled over 2 months ago I'm very angry
