I asked for 1 more refill before I moved over to a different facility due to insurance. I was very polite, the nurse I spoke to, very rude and demanded I come in to be seen just so I could have one more refill for even just a week (mind you I cannot pay out of pocket) and i was unable to and she became very irate for no reason and it all just seemed very inconsiderate considering it is medication I need to function and theres no way I could work around that. Excellent care
I've been getting treatment here for probably over a decade. Tideland, Vidant and ECU. Every single person that works there is nice to me and the front desk ladies always make me laugh. My psychiatrist and therapist are both wonderful. I'm not understanding the bad reviews at all. The nurses that check you in are very caring and listen to what you say. Sometimes CVS messes up my meds and Sarah is always on the case for me. Sorry for whoever has a bad experience but I love this place.
