I’m really disappointed in their office. I called them to ask if I can see the doctor, I had to switch my main provider online for that and by the time I arrived they said the waiting time is 2-3 hours at least. And why wasn’t I informed in the beginning? I’m supper disappointed. Horrible office.
NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED
Front desk staff is amazing. Not their fault. But if my appointment is at 9:15am to get blood test read. No reason why I was seen almost at 11am. There were barely people in the lobby. And from eaves dropping not everyone was there to see Dr. waited almost 2 hours for a 4 minute interaction. Dr makes it seem as she doesn’t want to be there. Not a great experience. You guys had a better Dr when in the Washington location
