Dr. Sheppard and her staff are awesome. I manage a kennel, and the care of our dogs(13 of which are my personal dogs) is a top priority for me. They are thoroough, they are very patient with my questions or concerns and their communication with me have been timely, pleasant and show genuine care and concern for me and all my 4 legged children. Very happy with the services and absolutely love Dr. Sheppard and the wonderful ladies on staff there.
My daughter's and I have a had a great experience with great customer service. They have been awesome with working with us on our up's and down's. I greatly appreciate them ❤️

Vidalia vet takes care of my babygirl and I can honestly say they have been nothing but good with her..the head veterinarian has always came out and explained to me everything. So I understood it when it came to my dog. She's always been very careful with my dog and I believe they're one of the best veterinarian offices around here. They are very caring and understanding with your animals and I would recommend them any time of the day
These guys nursed my puppy back to health and he's able to walk after 2 weeks of care under their teams watch Words can not thank them enough for their abounding love!
