Took my friend (an elderly, hard of hearing lady) a week to get someone on the phone after leaving 2 messages. Finally got an appointment for 3 on Monday and at 3:51 as I write this they are just calling her in! I definitely would not recommend this office and I’m going to help her find another dr.
