Lisa is the best.
Staff gave me the wrong product and then lied to my face about what it was, even after I showed them their own website proving otherwise. When the manager got involved, instead of handling it professionally, she became condescending, spoke over me, and laughed at my complaint. Completely unacceptable for any business, let alone a medical establishment
Always friendly and very helpful. And can I just say THANK YOU for the larger print on my purchases. I can actually read them.
