Scheduled an appointment for my ferret several weeks out. Literally two days before the appointment, they tell me they had to cancel my appointment.... not reschedule, but cancel. Must be so nice for them when they take a $75 deposit (to make sure that we be there on time for our scheduled appointment,) but they can't even give us more of a heads up than less than 48 hours. UPDATE: I am reporting this office to all state and federal veterinary agencies. After this whole ordeal described below, I learned of another false report in my dog's file of biting. The "practice supervisor" told me herself that reports like the ones in her file are irresponsibly written and should not have been written as that way. I have this phone conversation recorded.
