I came to Dr. Cortez with an unresolved trauma that was significantly affecting my personal and professional life. I have been seeing Elizabeth for 11 years now. I started going to her for my anxiety which was so bad, I couldn’t leave my home and had anxiety attacks when out in public places. After she taught me coping skills to deal with it, life became much more manageable and my anxiety attacks don’t happen as often or not at all. I highly recommend her. She changed my life.
