I come here every year to fill out my light and gas assistance application. Every one is friendly and professional in providing services needed.
They our so uptight with helping people with ceda like if they don’t want to do there job they contract with ceda it should be first come first serve 50% of people never make an appointment like I’m about to open up a non profit place to help people for walk-in and appointments they be so quick to deny someone before helping them by appointment but no one in the office waiting they should have a time slot for walk-in it’s literally putting documents in the system for us I don’t understand what be the big deal with walk-in we... read more

Rude as lady front desk… & since when do you make appointments & require how much I make.
