Poor management, poor HR, poor CEO. Multiple complaints about rude/old employees. Everyone, even 2 doctors are quitting on ACHC. 0/10.
Disrespectful and loud mouth rude females work in this establishment. I’d give it a no-star rating but google won’t let me! Talk about patients openly no regard for patient confidentiality. Never thought a Dr office could or would be so unprofessional!!
They won’t see COVID patients, told them we needed to be seen due to symptoms and meds given didn’t address the severity of the symptoms and I was just told she will call you… she doesn’t give those meds over the phone and she won’t see you due to COVID Monica is a joke, she couldn’t careless about her patients.
