Quality Homes and great customer service
VIDA NOVA gave us the keys to our home November 2021 with many outstanding deficiencies. This was due primarily to their repeated selection of inferior trades people and poor scheduling. Over the past 2 years we have struggled to work with NOT 1 but 3 site superintendents from VIDA NOVA to address these concerns. Many concerns were never addressed and many were not addressed to a satisfactory quality of completion. If you would like substantive evidence to support our concerns please contact us.
