I have been thinking about writing this review since purchasing a newly built home from this builder in 2019, and the time has finally come. Within the first year, I started having issues with my front gate not closing properly. After constantly adjusting the latch, I sought the advice of a contractor who advised that the fence posts were not installed deep enough. We have built 2 beautiful homes with Troy and Jordan and Vida Nova Homes. Our first was one of their floor plans. The second was a semi custom plan. I'm sure we drove him crazy with our requests and changes but every meeting and contact was professional, respectful, helpful and we felt we were their most valued client.
