Came here to enjoy myself after a stressful day. WANTED to get a full set and pedi , but after being offered both someone spoke mandarin and then the guy in the front stated he didn't have time for a full set. Ok i'll take the pedi. This place SUCKS. I went in to get acrylics removed and just get a gel manicure. As I was getting my acrylics removed I immediately felt uncomfortable as staff was gathering around me obviously pointing and speaking about me in their language. I even asked “Is everything okay, you guys keep coming over here to talk about me.” As i was getting nails removed she burnt me with the nail file THREE times. I was HOT when I left. I just had a manicure the week before from an American salon. My cuticles were non existent. My nails were a beautiful shape, but my polish started to lift and I couldn’t get in with them without an appointment and had work the next day. All I wanted was a polish change. I said when I sat down that I do not want my nails shaped, I just want polish. The removal process with the dremmel made my nails tender.
