Took my girls in for spontaneous pedicures and manicures the week before school. They got us right in and did a great job. My 7 year olds enjoyed their experience!
I came in with long natural nails that I regularly keep manicure. One nail had a crack in it. I pointed it out when I got there and asked for gel nails. He aggressively started drilling on my nails with a used e-file ripping one of my nails off. Which he later put a big glob of acrylic on after I said I did not want acrylic. He never smoothed out the nails after he e-filed them very lumpy and to the point they hurt then he clipped my nails so short it was at the skin. Painted them lumpy and had the nerve to charge me. Love this place!! They bend over backwards to make sure you’re accommodated..all the ladies & (the owner) are TOP NOTCH TECHNICIANS..if you haven’t tried them you should..you’ll keep going back! I have for 20 yrs.
Came here to enjoy myself after a stressful day. WANTED to get a full set and pedi , but after being offered both someone spoke mandarin and then the guy in the front stated he didn't have time for a full set. Ok i'll take the pedi. Well, after i set down about 15 min into my pedicure someone walked and asked for mani/full set. This place SUCKS. I went in to get acrylics removed and just get a gel manicure. As I was getting my acrylics removed I immediately felt uncomfortable as staff was gathering around me obviously pointing and speaking about me in their language. I even asked “Is everything okay, you guys keep coming over here to talk about me.” As i was getting nails removed she burnt me with the nail file THREE times.
