RecommendedI have lived at Vida for 19 months. The office/leasing staff are always friendly and professional. They often have social gatherings for the residents. The amenities are the best! I can’t wait for my second summer at the pool. The gym is huge and clean with a beautiful view of the pool and mountains. There is an Amazon hub for deliveries. Best of all is the location. The northwest has less traffic. There are some nice restaurants nearby and grocery stores as well.
This place is an absolute joke and not worth the price AT ALL. Broken A/C from August - mid October. Cheap appliances that are constantly breaking. Freezing showers (the plastic piping/ water heater is outside...) and consequently water that takes on average 20+ minutes to "heat up." And to top it all off, a staff that is about as honest and accountable as a used car salesman.
1) Management and maintenance learn Command and Control since they have no idea on controlling their team 2) Repair ALL misaligned cabinet drawers and doors 3) Cyber Cafe has on some outlets "No Grounds" IF there were to be a surge, your electronics could get fried. Wiring has not been properly connected.
We haven’t even lived here a whole week and we have been through nothing but hell. These apartments are not luxurious and I wish we had never signed the lease. Less than a week in and I’m already having to call my lawyer!
