I’ve been going to Vida family medicine for over 10years now. I have never once had a problem with them until they got bought out this winter. I see a primary care physician and a psychiatrist for my anxiety medication. I have one and a half weeks worth of my anxiety medication left so I called to schedule an appointment for refills. Vida was bought out by another medical company. I tried to set up an appointment today to get seen and they told me that I'm not in there system I have been going there for over a year now. And now that vida integrative medicine was bought out I'm no longer in their system. And I'm not happy about that. I tried to talk to someone else to find out why and I got hung up on. I am pretty upset about this. I think I am going to be looking for a new doctor and doctors office to go to.
Lied about what our appointment was about then refused to help with insurance because they said they can’t do that anymore since they switched over….. but wouldn’t even help before that.
These people are the worst they ll block your account and tell you to pay every penny you owe and even if your paying half everything you go in because they charge so much for you to feel better.
I used to see Amanda DuBois here and I really liked her. I reached out today to see if I could get a refill of a prescription I had. Since my doctor left, now I have to take time out of my own schedule to come down and reestablish care and I can't for over a month? I thought the doctor would take over my file and be able help me. I'm actively looking for another doctor's office. Also, a few times I've been in the patient rooms, they are dirty. Hair and fuzzballs on the ground. The last time I went, it was nice and clean.
