My experience with Vida's office staff and massage and acupuncture practitioners has been excellent, but it's difficult to book appointments for care, because the schedules are full. You have to be very flexible to get appointments. I've been put on waiting lists, but have not been contacted regarding any cancelations. Parking in their allocated garage spots is difficult because the parking spaces are very tiny.
I just recently moved to Renton from Bellingham and needed to find a chiropractor. I suffer from migraines and I don't believe in modern medicine. Getting adjusted along with deep tissue massages has been my life line for the past 8 years. I’m so grateful that I found a Vida location in Renton and Dr. Brandon Thompson was amazing. All staff members were very professional and welcoming. My Acupuncturist was very informative and was able to put me at ease in a unfamiliar experience. I was very pleased with the service and am eager to go back for my next treatment .
