My wife had a terrible experience with Lena at this salon . She asked for a blond root touch- up , but her roots ended up much darker than expected. When my wife asked to fix it Lena threw the money back in her face and refused to continue. Really? The owner of salon not reacted at all . This horrible experience could happen to anyone. I don’t recommend this salon. They clearly don’t-care about their clients. Stay away from them.
I had a bad experience here with Lena . She didn’t listen to me when we had a consultation and made my hair much darker than I asked. When I asked her to fix it, she decided to return me money and recommended to shampoo my hair a few times. Really? They charge $110 just for roots touch up very unprofessional. Just stay away from this place.
I had such a lovely experience here. The ladies were so kind and took such good care of me. The service was amazing, they really made me feel special. My hair turned out just beautiful, better than I expected. I’ve gotten so many nice comments already. I’ll surely be coming back again.
I wanted to take a moment to write this review for Ivanna—someone who truly deserves it!!! 🌷She is not only a wonderful stylist who gave my hair a perfect trim, but also a true visionary when it comes to selecting the right color. Ivanna took her time, paid attention to every detail, and approached my hair with such artistry. Her creativity and skill really shine through in the way she cuts, colors, and styles. I walked away not only loving my hair, but also feeling cared for throughout the whole experience.
I am returning customer as I moved to the center city. That is an amazing feeling when you come to salon and you get what you want. Denis is the best stylist that I know, I trust him 💯 . I love my color (did blonde) and my hair cut.
