I was a new patient yesterday. There were 3 people in the waiting room and my appointment was at 3:30. It took an hour and half to finally get seen and by the time I was finish I was already there 2 hours. Dr. Haswell I felt lost her manners. I wanted to talk about some things and I felt that it was brushed off and wasn’t taken seriously. I will not be coming back or recommend this places. Worst doctors experience I’ve had.
I had my first visit at Vida today, and I was so impressed. Dr. Broderick was very caring, thorough, personable and I felt well cared for. The rest of the staff I interacted with were very friendly, helpful and professional too. I absolutely love that you get to wear a real robe instead of those paper things during the exam. Makes me feel like a human being instead of an object. Since I don't have children or want children, I always felt like I wasn't important to the previous OBGYN practices I've been to.
