Stay far away from this Rental Company Wesco. I rented an apartment from them for almost 2 years & I never had a piece full moment there after 3 months of moving in. 3 different apt. Managers, to many ungrateful announced visits & prior to me moving in they had a manager who was stealing rent checks from tenants. The #1 man who does the repairs is an unhappy bigot who a lot of times did more talking than working...thus so they charge more $ & bulk the property owner & tenants out of their hard earned money. This property management company has been nothing but great! Westco has always been responsive to the repairs that have been needed. AC went out and needed to be replaced, the same day I reported it they brought a portable AC to me so that I wouldn't fry in the Fresno heat. Plumbing issues, on the spot immediately!! The staff is personable and professional. I would highly recommend these folks for your rental needs.
