Overall, my experience at this location has been hit or miss, primarily due to the front desk staff. While the nurses—are usually warm and professional, the front office often leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, today I had an especially unpleasant interaction with Antonio at the front desk. His tone was rude, dismissive, and not reflective of the customer service standard I’ve come to expect. Rayna, the Nurse was awesome! My Husband and I came in Sunday for IV fluids with some added vitamins and the experience was beyond amazing. The nurse knew exactly what she was doing. She was so fast and gentle with iv placement and he stated that he didn’t feel any pain. The ambiance there is so nice and relaxing. We both got to relax in comfortable recliners and enjoyed netflix while he received his treatment. He is now hydrated and feeling like a million bucks again! We will be returning!
Great services by wellness consultant Lauren and Destiny provide all the information needed, as well as the Nurse Christina is my favorite helped get the right vitamins for my body and explained everything on the menu! Great ambience as well! Love this location and love how I felt after my IV & shots
Lawren at the front desk is great, the guy that’s normally works at the front desk is the worse. He doesn’t even off tea, coffee, or water.
Smooth and easy experience. Friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend.
