Vida-flo Decatur is always a lovely experience! The front desk staff are so sweet and friendly, Kee and another sweet young lady. The nurses are very skilled and kind, George especially has a very gentle hand with placing IVs. Thank you Vida-flo for helping me stay healthy!
The location and atmosphere is great. I’ve been a member for a few years. My last 2 weekend visits have been an unpleasant experience. I personally believe the weekend staff is not properly trained. I went one Sunday the nurse attempted stick me and my arm instantly blew up like a balloon. I noticed she was nervous and shaking I told her I no longer wanted the service and will come back another day, she agreed for me to come another time. I was feeling burnt out from graduate school and decided to come by for a boost, but I wasn’t sure what to get. George and Morgan were very friendly, professional, and provided options that met my needs. I truly felt taken care of. Thank you so much! Now I can get through the rest of this week without passing out from being overwhelmed!
