I must say I was a little nervous about this whole concept . First things first I'm very put Off by needles and the concept seemed taboo to me but this morning I woke up with a cold and decided to give this a try versus medication . I needed a pick me up Friday morning and decided to stop by Vida Flo. Needles make me nervous but Susan, my nurse, was wonderful and coached me through the whole process like a champ! The entire staff made me feel at ease and I highly recommend this facility for all your rejuvenation and hydration needs.

Got my first treatment this morning. The crew at Vida Flow is amazing. The rosé beat me up last night. Now I feel like a billion dollars.
What a unique/fun way to get your body back to 100%. Such a top notch experience from the engaging staff to the therapy itself. After a long work week (and a couple of cold ones), hydration therapy actually gets you right where you need to be and feeling great!
