I fall short of words for how amazing Vida Fitt is! Miss. Cherpes is always incredibly supportive, caring, positive, and truly tries to understand her clients to get the best results. Her work is AMAZING. She does make every attempt to make things as easy as possible for her clients to train and is equivalently assertive to help you achieve the desired results as soon as possible. Victoria has been a game-changer for me and my recovery from Lyme! She is really intuitive and knows how to push me enough to feel like I'm making progress, but not so much that I cause too much of a flare. She checks in on me between sessions, is really supportive and fun to work with! I really enjoy our different exercises each week.
