Awesome clinic, super friendly and knowledgeable. Goes into more detail than other places I have been. Got japanese brand glasses that were light and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've been going to Vida for almost 5 years now and it was always a good experience. I was recommended to a laser eye surgeon nearby and had very detailed and informative follow up visits at Vida following the surgery.
Great service, everyone is really nice and helped me a lot with a stye. Dr. Nathan was very clear and helped me understand how to treat the problem
Booked an appointment online, when I showed up they said they could see the appointment, but would not honour the booking, and blamed the online system for incorrectly allowing me to book a timeslot that didn't exist. I rebooked for a later time and came back. The service was good, the optometrist gave a thorough overview of my eyes and general eye health practices that I should start practicing. They went through my insurance provider to cover most of the fees, but ended up charging me a fee for filing a form which was not ... read more
