Called and waited on hold for 25minutes before being helped to book an appointment and was told is a completely unsympathetic tone that "they have patients to help in the office" which I get but 25mins with NO check in or can you call back later it is really busy, nothing. I contacted my doctor and said to send my referral to Stratica as they were amazing with family members. Disappointing too as this location is close to home and work.
The staff are very kind and patient with great customer service. They took the time to explain my options and I never felt rushed. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you!
Great service
The experience at Vida is not worth your time. I’ve had to follow up 5 times to get a e-transfer email from reception to pay a admin fee for insurance. They still haven’t sent me the email with this information. Majority of the time, the calls are put hold or sent to voicemail automatically, my advice is to just keep calling until you can speak to an actual person.
