The clinic is very clean and beautifully designed. They are fast and efficient. The dermatologist and the aesthetician Pammie i saw were both amazing and had warm welcoming personalities! The only downside i experienced is with the front desk staff and the young girl who seated me into my room, they did not seem welcoming and i felt like an inconvenience for them. strong piece of advice for them is to smile and greet everyone in an enthusiastic manner as first impressions can make all the difference :)
Very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely not rushed like lots of other Dr's.
Staff not very professional, came for my appointment waiting for over an hour in a room , said they wouldn’t be long , and then they forgot about me , Then the lady was rude and said what do you want ? Like she was annoyed , I said I haven’t bin seen yet by the specialist she said I needed to see in order to schedule a skin peel. 🤷♀️, she then said she forgot to let them know ? . Great experience. Waited maybe a minute over my appointment time. Friendly and patient staff, nurses and doctor. Will be returning if the need ever arises.
