Jess and Lindie were fantastic. Helped me move in were super helpful went above and beyond made my move in super easy. And helpful definitely recommend working with them Fantastic service and excited to be part of this community
I moved in to Vida about a year ago and I’ve been so impressed with the new management! Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to give the best customer service-I’ve never felt like a bother! Also, the maintenance team is incredible! They’ve been very fast to fix things and have been friendly and very professional! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
The worst decision was renewing the lease here. The new management is terrible. Today at 8:00 PM, the water in my apartment completely stopped — no water in the kitchen or bathrooms. There are no emergency contact numbers available, so when something critical happens in the evening (water, electricity, etc.), no one helps you. The windows don’t close properly, and the Dwelo smart home app doesn’t work. Extremely poor management and unsafe living conditions.
My fiancé and I just moved in a few days ago, and we are already loving our new home! The amenities are truly top-tier, the facility is very clean, and the staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming. Lindie has been absolutely amazing—she communicated with us every step of the way, was always available to help, and consistently had answers to all of our questions.
