I can’t say enough good things about this community and its management team. They have consistently gone above and beyond, showing a level of care, responsiveness, and professionalism that’s rare to find. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people they serve, and that commitment makes all the difference. They’re good people.
I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and the only reason I’m moving is to get closer to work. Maintenance was always timely and efficient. The office was always incredibly responsive and helpful with needs and questions. The gym and common areas were always cleaned and well maintained. If I could just take the complex and move it North with me, I would.
After 3 years DO NOT RENT HERE. STAY AWAY! They forced me to move from the 4th floor on a 2 week notice, then did not provide me with the paperwork and rushed me through it. And then i came to put in my 60 day notice they said theyll call me only to call me 3 weeks later and then tell me i have to pav an extra $1000 after my lease ends for 15 days of rent AFTER MY LEESE ENDS.
