The new management has been an absolute nightmare to work with. A major flood in our apartment was ignored for weeks, and we had to beg for basic communication and help. Three weeks ago, my wife and I walked into the kitchen to find water pouring from our ceiling and all over our counter and floor from the apartment above us. We called maintenance right away. I feel compelled to leave this review after stumbling back onto this portal — and honestly, it’s disgraceful what’s happened here. Management turns over every few months, and it’s clear they’re padding ratings by coaxing reviews from new tenants who haven’t yet seen how bad things get. As a long-time resident, I can say without hesitation that this place operates on deception and neglect. We have lived for almost 2 years. We are enjoying awesome amenities, affordable apartments, and timely/professional maintenance services. We welcome Lindie, Amber, and Brandon. This is an excellent team that provides a kind and high-level service, Thanks for all you do.
I absolutely love living here. Our experience from the beginning was PERFECTION! Lindie in the office took us on a tour, let us know of available units and helped get us in an apartment after approval in less than 2 weeks. The staff is quick to help, enthusiastic, kind and supportive! The amenities are well taken care of and an added plus! We love our apartment at Vida at Daybreak!
