Lindie and Jess are absolutely amazing they made my moving in process very easy and simple and it was such a pleasure working with them. The apartments and the amenities are also super clean and spacious. Also the people who live in the apartments are so friendly and kind.
After living at Vida 3-4 months (and having moved from a similar complex within similar distance) I am not sure what separates Vida, or why it is as expensive as it is. The area is fantastic and close highways and walking trails are great, but some of the drawbacks here — for example, the internet provider Mereo Fiber has had 6 outages since I have been here already and I already now have their voice response system memorized, or seeing enough bugs that I might as well be outside — is just strange and unexpected from a place... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. Giving 1 star is me being nice. Our experience with this apartment complex and especially Lindie was absolutely unacceptable. We were supposed to take over someone’s lease, and the apartment complex initially told the current tenant to move out because we were going to be moving in. Then, after that, they denied our application. A few days later, they contacted us again and told us we were accepted. Honestly, even giving this place 1 star feels generous. I would give 0 stars if Google allowed it. We were initially denied, only to later be accepted and told we could move forward with taking over a lease. Based on that approval, the person whose lease we were supposed to take over was told to move out. Then, after the weekend, the complex completely changed its decision and denied us again. I toured the community & absolutely loved it! Everyone in the leasing office was so friendly and eager to help. When I visited they had a soda bar going with their own little creations. I will definitely be moving in when my current lease expires!
