Just purchased a new to us house with a Vicway panel door motor and were unable to locate on an online manual as an older motor. Fantastic service from the Airport West store: they demonstarted what to do to clear existing transmitters and to code / re-code transmitters as had the same motor in the shop for that reason. No worries buying an additional remote either. Highly recommend for great service.
Excellent service to replace my missing roller door remote. I received a fast response to the emailed photos of my roller door motor re which remote to buy. The online purchasing process was easy and quick to complete and my remote was received a few days later, along with instructions. One minute to program my remote and I had a working roller door again. Thank you!
