I had a Vicway system installed last August. A few months ago my Wall remote control stopped working. I replaced the battery and a short time later the unit still fail. I took it to Bayswater Vicway to have a look. The proprietor Sherif was very helpful. He patiently tested it with another new battery and it worked. My Garage door opener had failed after 10 years, supplied by Vicway. Contacted other vendors/repairers no one would commit to a quote or call without pre-booking information, where I'd be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. I decided to find out if Vicway still operated, yes they did, called in at their factory, showed them photos of my old opener, they said no parts available for my model.
