As a first-time customer, I had to wait on the list the day before my appointment, but she kindly added me to the schedule. I’m so grateful for her attentiveness. The haircut was fantastic, and she even gave me some great advice. She even noticed things that I usually have to point out to previous barbers, which was a pleasant surprise! While the haircut was a bit pricier, I believe the quality of service justifies the cost.

I recently took my son to get his haircut with Viviana and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. Viviana did an amazing job cutting my son’s hair. She sanitized all equipment, made sure to ask what style to do, and always checked up on him to make sure he was okay. There was no wait as I made an appointment and she was ready to begin when I arrived. I highly recommend Viviana for all haircut needs.
