I just celebrated 1 year of membership at Victress and WOW what an incredible community of women in this space. One of my favorite aspects of this gym is the knowledge from all coaches, each has specialized in an area of women's health whether that be nutrition, birth doula, pelvic floor therapist and so much more. The coaches are hands on and truly get to know you and your needs as an individual. Plus, I love that programing changes every few month to switch up the flow and focus of training. 10/10 would recommend.
I've been a part of the Victress community for 2 years now and have found this gym to be the perfect fit. Smaller classes and amazing coaches bring it all together for a great experience!
