Would give 10 stars if I could! This has been the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is SO intentional and kind. The array of classes and adjacent services available is impressive, and having childcare for the 9 and 10 classes is such a game changer. Literally every single thing I have experienced has been detailed, thought out, intentional, supportive, encouraging, and kind. I can already feel results and I find myself excited to go to class!

I just celebrated 1 year of membership at Victress and WOW what an incredible community of women in this space. One of my favorite aspects of this gym is the knowledge from all coaches, each has specialized in an area of women's health whether that be nutrition, birth doula, pelvic floor therapist and so much more. The coaches are hands on and truly get to know you and your needs as an individual. Plus, I love that programing changes every few month to switch up the flow and focus of training. 10/10 would recommend.
