Franz Cancer Center providers are amazing. The whole staff including nurses and doctors are top of the line, in addition to being warm and welcoming. Doctor was attentive and asked questions and dispensed advice
I am always pleased with Dr Laborie and her team. They guide me through my medical needs in a very professional manner.
The front desk clerk and MA/technicians all provided excellent service..However, this doctor asked almost every question at least three different times during the appointment. I think if a professional is going to ask a question, they should listen to the answer. Maybe he had a headache or was otherwise distracted but it was apparent that he was struggling to be mentally present . I will be making a few inquiries on what I can expect for care if I choose to see this provider in the future.
