not very pleasant experience, my appointment was at 1115am and i waited for 4.5 hours just for an oil change. i was told 2hrs wait time but ended up waiting for almost 5hrs. terrible wait time.
I have always taken my car to Toyota Service in San Bruno but what makes my experience smooth is Andrea. She's super awesome.
