The management of this place is totally chaotic. I had a safety recall for my Crown Signia. I came to this place 3 times, all with reservations. The first time they said that the fix (turned out to be a software update) wasn't ready and I need to come back again. The second time, they told me the technician is on sick leave after I got there without any notice beforehand! TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! This is the absolute worst place to get your Toyota serviced. Monse at the reception desk acts friendly at first, but the moment you press her for answers about your car's problems, she shows her true colors: she is rude, arrogant, and completely unstable. She actually threatened to withhold my car keys if I didn't sign her paperwork immediately, refusing to even give me a chance to read what I was signing. Total waste of time. Do not buy your car from this toyota dealership. Their prices are higher and they waste your time. I was told I had to go to their location to put a deposit down and get the price of the new car I am looking for. Then also then would not give me a price until I insisted where their response was “well what other prices have you gotten?”.
