I came to this Toyota dealership for basic maintenance and ended up being charged $649 for an oil change, transmission fluid service, and tire rotation. The staff recommended that I change the transmission fluid. When I asked if I really needed to do it, the employee sarcastically replied, “You don’t have to do anything.” That comment made me agree to the service, and he even promised me a discount. Nice crew. Got there early, they started on my car early and out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Wouldn't mind a few more options of food/entertainment while I wait.
