I have worked with pretty much every title company in town, and victory title is by far the absolute worst. Irresponsible with money, terrible communication, do not expect Bill to return your phone calls or agents to get back to you. In addition, when you do get to talk to them, agents are exceptionally rude and completely unprofessional. Use any other title company, you have lots of excellent choices and stay away from this one if you can help it.
