Went to Victory today with my husband and Max tattooed the cleanest SF 49ers symbol of all time. Can't say enough about the perfection of the lines and color. He is amazing!! Will definitely be back. Victory Tattoo Rocks!
Been there for three sessions now. All with Chuck. I take him ideas and he runs with them. I always end up with a piece that looks better than what I was thinking in my head. The place is clean and sterile, but at the same time has a laid back, this is a tattoo parlor feel. I'll recommend them to anyone, and I myself will keep coming back.
