Throughout my time coming to VSP, I believe that I have gotten stronger and have created so many friendships through there. It has helped me improve my speed, my vertical, my strength and everything else pertaining to basketball.
VSP is fantastic. I sent my teenage son there to improve, and they taught him how to train properly. Before, he was just doing curls and bench presses—ha! Now, he's not only learning proper technique but also seeing a significant improvement in his performance. They've even got him focused on his diet and making healthier choices. Great team and a great atmosphere!
Victory sports has been a great experience for my daughter so far. Anthony, Bobby, Jerome, and others have been really great and very supportive with her physical development. Although not the largest facility in size, they are very organized and everyone there is very engaged and determined. They encourage their clients, and they, in turn, strive to achieve.
