Both of my kids have been going consistently for a few years now and the results could be seen from season to season. Especially in my older child who increases the workload in the offseason.
VSP is an amazing place to support athletes and dancers. The tailored program offers a workout to help strengthen and support specific needs. The staff and facility offers a professional atmosphere with flexible scheduling!
This place offers a different way to get healthy than all those big box gyms. The adult group classes are awesome. Very good work outs with a tremendous support system! I am so happy I decided to give these classes a try. Definitely my style of working out. And the challenges that are put in place through the year are very motivating! I would highly recommend giving VSP a try!
Genuinely the best environment to train at at whatever age. I started junior year of high school and stuck with it til graduating college - the coaches truly make a difference and it’s one of the best communities to be a part of
