My daughter has been training with the crew at VSP for a few months now and we’ve seen such growth in her overall. She dances competitively and we have seen her progress in the routines she performs in. More control, better balance, stronger leaps. Can’t wait to see how she does on the field hockey field in the fall!!
Last year I was struggling to lose weight and I had the opportunity to going to Anthony at Vsp. He was able to provide me good workout programs to excel my weight loss I highly recommend his facility.
