We came in for a simple filling procedure. Our original appointment was set for 2pm, we arrived at 1:45 and were called back within 5 minutes of arriving. We were brought to the back and they put a bib on my daughter and said the dentist would be coming in about 15 minutes. We waited for an hour and a half with no update, and it wasn’t until I went to the front to ask what was taking so long did the hygienist to come give us an update.
