I had high hopes for this place initially, but unfortunately, our experience took a turn. We had an appointment for my kids, and while they were seen by a dentist, we were later told that one of them needed to be reexamined by a pediatric dentist. It was frustrating because we were never informed about this during the appointment. When I reached out, the staff admitted that there was a miscommunication on their part and kindly offered to waive the charges for the additional work that was needed to make it right.
