I was at an event during the flooding in Indiana and had major problems with my RV (no electric coming in even though I was hooked up to 50 amp) and Victory RV came to the rescue! Talked to Fran and she sent out a Miracle Worker mobile tech named Bob who was able to find the problem and fixed it! They were wonderful and I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a knowledgeable company to help with any problems!!
Absolutely amazing. They got me in when I needed it the most. I was about to head out on a trip my AC quit. They got me in and fixed and was not over priced. Super kind I highly recommend. Ive already planned on going back for service and other repairs.
Traveling with a drum corp group on the DCI tour, we were stopped for a few days in Muncie. Realizing that brakes were not working on a 24’ two-axle trailer, I called around to get it in quick and get back road-ready. Got an appointment with Victory RV for the next morning. They said depending on the problem(s) found, it might take up to two days. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed and I got the trailer back later that same day.
