Never book Victory! They are 100% scammers! Especially Miami Airport. When I got there I got picked up in a private vehicle (not the normal shuttle) takes me to a tiny office in a Miami suburb, besides not having my highlander available, then they tried to force me to buy their insurance saying it was "the law" in Florida and if I didnt take it I could not get the car. This is AFTER I had already pre-paid auto insurance with Expedia, AND my credit card covers insurances. He wouldn't take me back to airport when i refused. Ma... read more
