The staff that I’ve met so far are Hands on and great! The counselors are extremely compassionate as well. The waiting room however, is the worst part for me. It Doesn’t feel big enough because when they call your FULL NAME out loud, everyone in the waiting room can hear your business from the front desk. And there’s a glass divider between you and staff so you have to talk loud. I don’t like that. The waiting room is Sometimes packed with no seats left and it makes my anxiety worse. Cheery, prompt service. Professional and kind. I would recommend for anyone wanting to get and stay clean.
Who ever Brian is at the front desk very rude and nasty it’s always a issue with paper work there they act like your bothering them
