Horrible. Had reservations and was seated right away, only to wait over 2 hours for our food to come. The manager on duty was very rude and unapologetic like it was our fault. The table next to us had the same experience and she was rude to them as well. And the food was tasteless and cold by the time it came out. I ordered a lobster and they brought it out without any utensils. l will never go back there. Wish Captain Fishbones was still there.

RecommendedI went to Victory Point a few days ago with my dad, who has Parkinson's disease. He uses a walker and gets around with great difficulty. Without a reservation, we were given an easy-to-access table right by the window. The staff were completely amazing, helping him whenever he needed, with respect and good humor. We were told later that the place was being slammed by three large parties, but our service was so swift and friendly that we had no idea. Was an awesome time. Food was great. Server Michael took care of our party of 10 quite well. Highly recommend this place.
