Waitstaff, excellent... Food, pretty ok... Manager, Joseph Tabbi, terribly unprofessional. I sent a letter to the owner, Donato Frattaroli, regarding my horrible dining experience and never received a reply. Although I live just next door, I will not patronize this restaurant ever again. Two thumbs down.
Victory was a nice atmosphere. Our bartender was awesome and very attentive. However, the chef was not very accommodating. They where really unwilling to entertain request such as only flats opposed to drumsticks or a side of pickled cabbage that came with a different meal. Our steak sandwiches came out extremely salty but was quickly remade. It was disappointing that the manager could not make time to talk to patrons especially ones with concerns.
