I am completely UPSET!!! Wishing I would have sent my children elsewhere to have their braces done! ALL OF MY BILLS ARE ON AUTO PAY!!! Why? Because it’s easier for me to make sure my payments are made on time. For some odd reason, when my children first started going, I requested to have their monthly payments on AUTOPAY, even filled out the correct forms, and it was never done!!! My daughter usually has HIGH ANXIETY with dentist. But the professionals here were amazing. The walked her through every step. We were in and out in no time. I would recommend them to everyone! Amazing staff, amazing work.
Everyone is pleasant, they run on time, we're generally in and out!!! I don't mind the 35 min drive for amazing service!!
They are the best!! Feels like going to see old friends.
Very friendly staff, Dr. Lee and her assistance explained everything and answered all questions untill I felt confident with his treatment. My son Austin said 'wow' mom can't believe all the things they give you in your orthodontic home care kit! His twin sister is also in the process of becoming a patient as well and she's excited because of the way we were treated!
