Bought a used 2018 BMW G310R , had stalling problems on Neutral the first few days, gotten worse to the point stalls on neutral at every stop. At a light, which i am very concerned about. I found my 2020 R3 at Mineolamoto!! Despite living way upstate hours away, I had the pleasure of working with Mike Grimaldi remotely! We were able to complete all the necessary documentation and payment via text/emails. What I thought was a good experienc turned to shit when I got a mt09sp. they had horrible customer service when asked about not handing me a red security card for 2025 mt09sp and won't rectify the issue. Won't do right by the customer because they made a huge mistake now I will be 3k in the hole. 10/10 avoid and go elsewhere save yourself the headache .
