Terrible. Nail tech was very rude when I asked her to clean up the polish she had gotten all over my cuticles and fingers- told me it was the polish I choose that was not good ( it’s THEIR polish, lol!) and that it takes too much of her time to clean it up. She did not do a full manicure with the dip- and said it’s not “ included “ when I asked why she wasn’t trimming cuticles—to which I agreed to pay the $5 extra for a critical trim. I am 38 years old and even since I was a kid my hands have always sweated. Due to that my nails never lasted more than 2 weeks, I have tried roughly 50 different nail techs and always had the same issue with lifting. I found Lisa at Victory Lakes about a year ago and let me tell you I will be her client for the rest of my life. My nails last 2 months, sometimes longer.
