Purchased a vehicle a year ago and had a terrible experience. If you want to feel disrespected over and over again then look no further than Victory Motor Sales. Jimmy rarely returns calls and hid rear end damage from vehicle purchased. They failed to fix damage to correct standard and I shouldn't have moved forward with purchase so thats on me. However, many promises were made and Jimmy would never return my calls after sale of vehicle to own up to those promises. Find a trustworthy dealership. You have been warned.
Jimmy was good to work with and I admit that I was a pain. Just I looked for what is my dream vehicle for well over 8 years. I've always wanted an FJ Cruiser and couldn't find one that the CarFax was no accidents, under 150,xxx miles, and the frame wasn't rusting out. They gave a great amount on my trade in and had the vehicle ready for me as I pulled up. Only issues I had were minor, but as I am in the car business, I knew the price showed. Bought a car from here a month ago and the car itself need some tlc but the experience was made very easy and both Jimmy and his associate were very accommodating and definitely able to answer any questions I had. Quality of service is my reasoning for the 5 stars. Vehicle like I said needs a few things done too it but jimmy informed me before making the purchase.
Had a great experience buying a truck with Ford and Jimmy. Both guys were extremely helpful and patient , and had great communication while I was dealing with difficulties with my lender.
