Poor customer service, they never answer the phone nor return phone calls. This company is supposed to have great service, they've been going down hill for awhile now. They need better training and management and doctors that are properly trained.
Thank you all! You saved my life, my family members' lives, and many of my friends' lives, after referring them there to you. You all are so very knowledgeable. So, we switched all of our medical needs over to your office after that. And, I also love the high-tech teleconferencing appointments when I get too sick to get out of bed to come in for my visit. Victory Medical has served as our medical care since we moved to Austin in 2015. However, in the last year or two, service has gone way down hill. We had a Primary Care Doctor, Dr Keller, who left the practice and no primary care doctor was assigned to us when she left. Then we started seeing nurse Jennifer at the Cedar Park location, and then she left. Dr Pekar!! Amazing virtual session today. He listens with kindness and professionalism. He knows his stuff. Finally, my medical issues were addressed efficiently! He doesn't waste time and he pays attention. I will only request Dr Pekar from now on.
