They have an Awesome management team! Always getting things done for the customers.
I cannot recommend using these folks but I am forced to because they are the overarching HOA managers for a community that I have a rental in. I have personally seen them be rude to my tenants in emails that were forwarded to me, unhelpful in phone calls relating to scheduling appointments that disrupt tenants lives and, just recently, they hired contractors without telling me or my hired property manager about situations that could have been remedied and stated there are no negotiations - according to who and what law? As a retired Asset Manager, with more than 20 years in the industry, this is the most unprofessional group I have ever come across. They have no interest in Customer Service not matter if you are the owner or the lessee.
