Unprofessional practices: I had an oil change done there earlier this week. Customer service was fantastic until I had an issue. Driving it home my cabin filled with oil smoke. I rolled my window down 1/2 way thinking it was just some spilled oil that hadn’t been cleaned up. The next time I drive my car was a few days later, my cabin filled with oil smoke again. Great group of people. Brought my car in for an oil change with no appointment, I was able to bring my car in right away and do some paper work with a provided pen whilst my car was getting done. Everything was looked after and the price is comparable to other shops. Would recommend
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needs to be said. The shop broke a trim piece in my truck and told me they would replace it. I went back and forth with them for over five months. I was told the part was ordered, then told it wasn’t, and kept getting different answers. When they finally did get a replacement, it was the wrong part — the lowest trim version, not the one that matches my truck.
