I’ve been going to Victory since 2016 and service has always been fast and professional. Unfortunately the last 2 times now at Val Caron location my waits been long. Last month 40min for just oil and today 55min for oil and fuel filter. I was 1 of 2 in the bay. Look, I get there can be issues but once bitten, twice shy. I won’t be back. Nice people; but a quick lube should be like I experienced on Falconbridge.
Lionel is the best, highly recommend. Stayed late to help us with a flat tire!
I was in a time crunch and rolled in 10 minutes before they closed, the guys pulled me in and got my vehicle serviced before my long road trip. Awesome service appreciated them helping me out and in a good mood about it.
We were on a little hike and came back to find our new car's battery flat... we were at the mercy of CAA service call which was 1.5 hour wait. We were very fortunate that Lionel showed up to go on a hike of his own and had jumper leads. Lionel, of Victory Lube, very kindly spent a good 20 minutes helping us out and gave us a much needed jump. Thank you so much Lionel, will be sure to check out your business for any future (planned) car needs! Thank you x 100!!
